Welcome to Williamsen Consulting

I partner with colleges and universities to align structures, strengthen skills, and develop shared practices for restorative and compassionate responses to campus harm, sexual misconduct, and other community concerns.

Through strategic planning, training and workshops, and implementation coaching, I help institutions strengthen cross-campus collaboration and move from vision to sustainable practice.

Helping institutions build restorative, sustainable systems for prevention, support, response, and repair.

How I can help.

Implementation Coaching

Support for institutions exploring, designing, or strengthening restorative approaches to campus harm, sexual misconduct, and community concerns — including restorative options that sit alongside other formal processes. This work can focus on sexual harm, bias and identity-based harm, workplace or departmental challenges, student conduct, or broader campus culture concerns.

Examples of support include:

  • Restorative program design and implementation support

  • Case consultation and process design, including readiness, roles, safeguards, and participant support

  • Facilitator coaching, mentoring, and skill-building

  • Support for RJ implementation teams, coordinators, and campus leaders

  • Development of referral pathways, intake processes, protocols, and practice tools

  • Policy and protocol alignment with campus structures, institutional values, and community needs

Capacity Building

Engaging learning experiences for professionals who want to build skills, confidence, and shared capacity for restorative practice on campus. Trainings are practical, participatory, and designed to help teams move from shared understanding to thoughtful application.

Examples of support include:

  • Training in restorative approaches to harm, impact, and repair

  • Specialized training in RJ for campus sexual harm

  • Introductory workshops for Title IX, prevention, advocacy, conduct, and student support teams

  • Skill-building for facilitation, dialogue, repair, and accountability-centered processes

  • Customized workshops, cohort-based learning, and implementation planning

  • Practical tools, templates, and reflection exercises to support implementation

Organizational Consulting

Effective and compassionate Title IX, prevention, support, and restorative work requires cross-functional teams that work well together. I provide clear, facilitated processes to strengthen these collaborations — helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, clarify roles, build trust, and make the work more sustainable.

Examples of support include:

  • Strategic planning for departments, divisions, or cross-functional teams

  • Leadership coaching for administrators guiding restorative, prevention, support, or culture-change work

  • Leadership and team retreats focused on alignment, planning, and decision-making

  • Benchmarking, landscape scans, and recommendations for organizational structure

  • Role clarity, reporting lines, communication pathways, and collaboration design

  • Culture, climate, and “how we work together” support

  • Implementation plans that translate vision into concrete next steps

My Approach

My work is grounded in a few consistent principles:

Clarity within complexity. I help name what’s true, map the system, and get specific about roles, decisions, and pathways.
Human-centered and trauma-informed. I help design processes that prioritize dignity, consent, and practical safeguards.
Build what lasts. I focus on tools, structures, and shared capacity—not dependency.
Values-driven and realistic. I help align aspirations with what’s doable, resourced, and sustainable.
